Our policy is to dispatch confirmed orders the same day if ordered before 12 noon, subject to stock availability.

If you need the items urgently, please upgrade your postage method at checkout. We offer standard second class postage as free to destinations within the UK, with the option to upgrade to second class recorded (signature required), first class, first class recorded (signature required) or special delivery (signature required, not guaranteed for Saturday as this is NOT a working day). There will be an additional charge for delivery upgrades dependant on the items ordered (i.e. weight). The prices will be stated during the checkout process and before we debit your card. Payment is debited from your card when your order is placed with The Baby Sleeping Bag Company Limited. You will be contacted by email after you have placed your order. If you have not received email confirmation of your order within one hour, please contact us.

To order, please select your products and proceed through our checkout pages. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by destination country. You can then pay securely online and we will despatch your order.

Please note : We strongly advise that international customers choose this trackable Signed For shipping method. When orders go astray, we cannot claim for non tracked items and will not be able to replace the items.

Shipping

The Baby Sleeping Bag Company sends out all UK and BFPO address bound orders of The Dream Bag via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery.

PLEASE NOTE THAT 2ND CLASS DELIVERY CAN TAKE UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS DURING A NORMAL ROYAL MAIL SERVICE. BUSIER TIMES SUCH AS CHRISTMAS, BANK HOLIDAYS AND DURING POSTAL STRIKES, THIS SERVICE CAN TAKE LONGER.

Please note : The only service guaranteed for UK delivery during Royal Mail postal strikes is our 24-72 hour courier service option. Orders despatched using other shipping methods may be subject to lengthy delays.

ROYAL MAIL INSTRUCT THAT WE MUST ALLOW 15 WORKING DAYS FOR ANY GOOD POSTED VIA A ROYAL MAIL SERVICE TO ARRIVE BEFORE WE CAN REPORT IT LOST/MISSING AND ISSUE A REPLACEMENT. WE MUST THEREFORE ASK YOU TO ALLOW 15 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR PARCEL TO REACH YOU BEFORE ROYAL MAIL SHALL INVESTIGATE.

Non-deliveries MUST be reported within 21 days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email.

Standard shipping within the UK and to BFPO addresses is standard 2nd class FREE shipping. Customers can upgrade to second class recorded, first class, first class recorded shipping or Special Delivery next day (Special Delivery is not guaranteed for Saturday, as this is NOT a working day) at checkout.

Special Delivery Note

Use Special Delivery™ Next Day and we’ll guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm.
