The Dream Bag Survey Results 2007
Having been “open for business” for a year, we wanted to find out
what our customers really thought of The Dream Bag and also our service.
We ran the survey open to all our customers from end of July to end of September
2007. 95 customers responded during this time. Thank you very much to everyone
that took the time to do this.
We have read every single completed survey and wanted to let you know the overall
results and what actions we have taken following your feedback.
The following is a summary of our interpretation of the survey responses.
89% of our customers are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with their
Dream Bag!
You rated us good to excellent on all aspects of The Dream Bags and our service
to you!
And 89% of our customers would recommend us to a friend!

1. Introduced our 4 bag deal – so you get an evening better price!
2. Opened our forum so you can ask us questions and read more about us and new
developments
3. Matching items are coming!
4. Expanded our customer services team and made improvements in our stock system
We also asked you for suggestions for new Dream Bag designs – and we
have a gorgeous new design in production – we’ll let you know as
soon as it’s ready!
